About me

I am currently a postdoc research scientist in School of Earth and Space Sciences, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and working with Prof. Chun Zhao. I received my Ph.D. degree in Atmospheric Science from USTC in 2022.
During my Ph.D., I mainly studied the interactions between atmospheric aerosols/pollutants and meteorological processes, as well as the impacts of anthropogenic activities on aerosol/pollutant modelling. I use numerical modelling methods, i.e. WRF/WRF-Chem, in combined with observations to investigate the sensitivity of the PM2.5 concentrations modelling to the meteorological field settings. I also focus on modifying the parameterisation of physical and chemical processes of aerosols, including dry deposition, boundary layer mixing, etc., to improve the modelling performance.
