Project Experience
-
2018.9 ~ 2019.3 Whistler Wave Detection and Analysis
The electromagnetic data of French DEMETER satellite and Chinese Zhangheng-1 satellite were read, and the time-frequency characteristics of ELF/VLF were analyzed.
The two-dimensional correlation detection method is used to obtain the whistle acoustic propagation characteristics and deep learning sample library.
-
2019.3 ~ 2019.9 Deep Learning based Detection of Whistling Waves
Using deep convolutional neural network to achieve automatic detection and segmentation of whistling sound,
the method can achieve automatic detection of all types of whistling sound and can extract the relevant parameters
of whistling sound, compared with the internationally popular automatic detection methods, has achieved good results.
-
2019.9 ~ 2020.6 Recurrent Network-based Prediction of Global Ocean Temperature and Salt
The undergraduate graduation project and big lab project, based on deep learning long and short-term memory networks,
proposed two effective prediction schemes (ED-LSTM and ED-ConvLSTM) and a management method for global satellite
observation big data, which greatly improved the accuracy and speed of global temperature and salinity prediction.
-
2020.8 ~ 2020.9 Yeast Cell Segmentation and Parameter Determination
Based on the dense morphology of yeast cells, Mask R-CNN network was built for effective instance segmentation.
Then the parameters of yeast cell mitochondria were measured and analyzed by using digital image processing techniques.
Finally, an interactive interface with good user was designed.
