Measurement of Superconducting of TMD Material with Different Number of Dimensions      Oct 2019 – Dec 2019

Lab for Low-dimensional Physics, USTC, supervisor: Prof. Hui Zhang,

·        Read publications and obtained knowledge on 2D material superconducting and fractal material superconducting

·        Fabricated a superconductive device of 30-nm-thick NbSe2 with the processes of cleaving, evaporating (with hard mask), connecting external electrodes

·        Measured and observed superconducting transition in electrical transport of 30-nm-thick NbSe2

Synthesis and Properties Research of 2D Tellurium                                                Oct 2019 – Present

Lab for Low-dimensional Physics, USTC, supervisor: Prof. Changgan Zeng,

·        Fabricated 2D tellurium (tellurene) using a substrate-free solution process

·        Fabricate devices in order to research electrical transport and mechanical properties of tellurene
