[2008,11,10] server发完消息后等待40ms，而不是20ms，这样联网跑也没有了问题。非常感谢SEU，CZU，Apollo的测试！
PS：中山的机器可能配置不行(临时搭场)，但是我们已经不用担心这个问题了。
